Use of our site and additional terms
By using this website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use this website. In addition to these Terms, our mortgage products have their own terms and conditions. If you are considering applying for a mortgage, please read all terms which apply to it first. We recommend that you store a copy of these Terms for future reference. We amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these Terms to understand the terms that apply at the time. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes.
We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal. You will be given an opportunity to indicate whether you wish to receive these communications or not. "GENERATION HOME" and "GEN H" are UK registered trademarks of Imagine Mortgages Limited. You are not permitted to use them without our approval, unless they are part of material you are using as permitted under the section above titled “Use of material on our site”.
